Celtic charged with 4 accusations over Rangers zombie banner

Yes I am a Celtic fan and yes I find this funny as hell!

Via Press Association-Manager Neil Lennon refused to comment Friday on the charges brought against Celtic by the Scottish Football Association for allowing fans to display a controversial banner that depicted a Rangers "zombie" being shot.

The Parkhead club was issued with a notice of complaint Thursday from the governing body for allowing the banner to be unveiled at their preseason friendly against Norwich in July.

Celtic are accused of breaking four SFA rules over the incident -- allowing the banner onto the grounds, letting it be displayed, not removing it and letting the banner be unfurled for a second time without taking action.

Ahead of the visit of Dundee in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League tomorrow, the Celtic manager said: "I have seen the story but I can't comment on that, that is between the SFA and the club hierarchy here."

The Scottish champions have until September 27 to respond to the charge and the hearing will be held on Thursday, October 11.
